The Department of Communications and the Arts (DoCA) is responsible for managing twenty-six boards, and without this management many of our precious institutions like the ABC, Australia Post and SBS would struggle to operate.
When under pressure from the Minister’s office to deliver a solution to improve reporting on the department’s management of board appointments, the DoCA CIO called on Libero to assist.
Using a series of structured discovery and co-design workshops, supported by targeted interviews and user research engagements, Libero helped the department to define the problem space, develop a prototype and solution architecture, then validate that it met the needs of all parties. The project ran over three weeks, and included ministerial, development and executive teams.
